About the Opportunity:

Available Positions & Salary (AED):

1. Plumber (1600 – 1800 AED)

2. HVAC Technician (2000 – 2200 AED)

3. Duct Man (1800 – 2000 AED)

4. Electrical Technician (1800 – 2200 AED)

5. Electrical Helper (1200 AED)

6. Fire Alarm Technician (1600 – 1800 AED)

7. Fire Fighting Technician (1600 – 1800 AED)

8. Cleaners (900 AED)

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role):

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specific systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, fire fighting).

• Cable laying, glanding, termination, and jointing (for Electrical roles).

• Pipe installation, fitting, welding, and fabrication (for Fire Fighting & Plumbing roles).

• Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Gulf experience in the Facilities Management field is mandatory.

• Age Limit: Up to 38 years.

• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day + Overtime.
