Urgently Required for Dubai! NBTC, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an immediate hiring process with visa and benefits provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and programs on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in an Oil & Gas environment.
• Ensure overall safety compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain all HSE documentation and records as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Safety / Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of international HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age limit: 21 – 45 years.
