M C S C Company, a leading name in Bahrain, is urgently recruiting skilled and experienced Electrical and Instrumentation professionals for major projects in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industry. We are conducting direct client interviews in Trichy on 12th October 2025.

| 1. Senior Electrical Supervisor | 650 + HRA | Diploma + 10 years’ experience. Must be able to supervise site electrical works, lead technician teams, review work permits, and liaise with clients. GCC driving license preferred. |
| 2. Electrical Foreman | 300 | Diploma in Electrical. Min. 5 years in oil/gas/petrochemicals. Must supervise installation & maintenance, interpret drawings, and ensure safety compliance. |
| 3. Instrument Foreman | 300 | Diploma in Instrumentation. Min. 5 years as a Foreman. Experience calibrating pneumatic/electronic instruments and knowledge of NEC, ATEX, EN, IS standards. |
| 4. Industrial Electricians | 180 + 20(FA) | Min. 3 years in a refinery/industrial environment. Skilled in cable installation, equipment wiring, fault diagnosis, and working in hazardous areas. |
| 5. Assistant Electricians | 120 + 20(FA) | 2 years of experience in the oil & gas sector as an assistant to industrial electricians. |
| 6. Instrument Fitters | 170 + 20(FA) | Min. 5 years in petrochemical/refinery. Skilled in installing pipe flanges, fabricating screwed pipework, assembling tubing, and cable tray installation. |
Key Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with expertise in:

Electrical Systems: Site Supervision, Team Leadership, Fault Diagnosis, Cable Installation, Equipment Wiring, Work Permits, Safety Compliance (OSHA standards).

Instrumentation: Calibration, Pneumatic/Electronic Instruments, Pipe Flanging, Tubing Fabrication, Cable Termination, MICC Cable Installation.

Industry Experience: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Industrial Plants.

Tools: Mugger, Earth Tester, etc.
