Available Positions & Salary (AED):

• HVAC Technician (2000 – 2200 AED)

• Electrical Technician (1800 – 2200 AED)

• Duct Man (1800 – 2000 AED)

• Fire Fighting Technician (1600 – 1800 AED)

• Fire Alarm Technician (1600 – 1800 AED)

• Plumber (1600 – 1800 AED)

• Electrical Helper (1200 AED) [Indian Experience Required]

Key Responsibilities (Role-Specific):

• Electrical Technician: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, cable laying, glanding, termination, jointing, panel boards, and DBs.

• Plumber: Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

• Fire Fighting Technician: Installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems, pipe installation, and fitting. (Welding/fabrication experience preferred).

• Fire Alarm Technician: Installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, electrical wiring, and sprinkler systems.

• HVAC Technician & Duct Man: Expertise in HVAC installation, maintenance, and ductwork.

• Electrical Helper: Assist electrical technicians with installations and maintenance.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Gulf Experience is Mandatory: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Facilities Management field in the UAE or GCC.

• Age Limit: Up to 38 years.

• Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the respective field.

• Must possess relevant experience and educational certificates.
