8. Control Technician (Knowledge in SCADA) – AED 3000
9. Control Technician – AED 2500 – 4000
10. Fire Alarm Technician – AED 2500 – 3500
11. BMS Operator – AED 3000
12. Plumber – AED 1800
13. Pipe Fitter – AED 2200
14. Water Proofing Technician (Knowledge of GRP Lining, Cementitious Combo, Member) – AED 1800 – 2200
15. AC Technician – AED 2500 – 3500
16. Electrical Technician – AED 2000 – 2500
17. Electrical Technician (O & M of HV LV Substation) – AED 3000 – 3500

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing operations.
• Operate and maintain BMS, fire alarms, and SCADA systems.
• Perform waterproofing, electrical, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the proper installation and maintenance of technical equipment.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in substations, maintenance, or industrial fields.
• Additional Requirement: UAE driving license for Facility Engineer position.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
