Nexus Link Electromechanical LLC, a leading MEP company in Dubai, is urgently hiring for an experienced MEP Project Manager (Electrical/Mechanical Background). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead major construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise all site engineers, technicians, and project execution teams.

• Oversee complete project documentation including drawings, submittals, change orders, and invoices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client and consultant meetings, ensuring clear communication.

• Implement and manage QA/QC procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

• Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely progress reports to senior management.

• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP project management, preferably within the Gulf region (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) or with reputable Indian construction/Infrastructure companies.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Proficient in project management software and documentation.
