Job Description & Responsibilities

URGENT HIRING! SS Consultants, an MEA-approved recruitment agency, is conducting immediate client interviews for SOBHA REALTY in Dubai. We are seeking skilled and experienced construction professionals for multiple positions.

Key Openings:

• Chargehand Roles: Steel, Mason, Carpenter, Scaffolder, Logistic

• Skilled Trades: Steel Fixer, Block Mason, Concrete Mason, Skilled Carpenter

Successful candidates will be responsible for leading and executing various construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting project deadlines under the supervision of foremen and managers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in the respective trade (Steel Fixing, Masonry, Carpentry, Scaffolding, etc.).

• For Chargehand roles: Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is required.

• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans is preferred.

• Strong understanding of safety procedures on a construction site.

• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
